Health and Beauty Essentials to Help you Survive Winter's Worst: static electricity, dry chapped skin, illnesses, and more

Cold weather season is here! And with it comes cozy sweaters, chapped skin, stuffy noses, and hot drinks. So I thought I would share my some of my winter essentials for health & beauty. If you are a newsletter subscriber, you already got this straight to your inbox, but for those of you that aren’t subscribers (yet!) I wanted to share here as well.

Beauty

For chapped lips: Zoe Organics Everything Balm

To nourish your face from dry heat: Redefine Overnight Restorative Cream

For dry or chapped skin: Zoe Organics Skin Balm

To add moisture and reduce static electricity in your hair: It’s A 10 Miracle Hair Mask

To add a little color to your skin: Foaming Sunless Tanner

Health

To breathe easier (this one is my favorite that is safe for babies and works well for grown ups too): Breathe Easy Rub

For congestion: Breathe Essential Oil Blend (I diffuse and make rollers to use on chests, backs, and soles of feet)

To boost immunity: Thieves Oil (I also diffuse and make rollers for soles of feet)

To add moisture to your home: Cool Mist Humidifier

To clean the air of germs: GermGuardian Air Purifier (I have this in the boys’ shared room and LOVE it!)

Also, check out my full post on my tips for helping a sick little one with a cold or cough. Because it’s that time of year too 🙁

And I’ll be sharing more exclusive content and discounts from my favorite brands to email subscribers as the list grows, so share with your friends or sign up yourself below! I promise I won’t bombard you with emails — since it took me three years to finally get my first newsletter out I’d say I won’t be able to find the time. And I don’t share your email with anyone.
