I’m a huge fan of fall weddings. But I especially love the fall weddings that aren’t your typical “orange & yellow” with pumpkins and mums – a little something different makes for a chic twist. This wedding, with the white and grey pumpkins and the uniquely carved style is just what I mean!

I wanted a beautiful autumn setting and the Sonnet House provided that perfectly.  The house, barn, and outdoor fireplace were breathtaking with the colorful leaves serving as the perfect backdrop.  The beautiful venue made the entire wedding more than I had ever imagined. 

Advice for couples planning now?  Don’t get too caught up in the wedding industry…do it how you want and forget about the standards and rules.  Keep it simple and soak up every minute because it goes by too fast!

I incorporated carved white and grey pumpkins into the ceremony and reception areas, which really brought out the autumn theme.
The fun, laid back atmosphere and the amazing southern comfort food made our wedding us!
Since I love fall, white pumpkins being my favorite things every, I am dying over the intricately carved white pumpkins used in this wedding decor.  Aren’t they fab!?  I love that this is a gorgeous fall wedding that didn’t go for the typical orange pumpkin theme.
