Out of the top 10 search terms that readers use to come to my blog, five of them include ‘mason jars.’ I’m not kidding! And I do love mason jars myself, so I feel the need to give the people what they want – mother effing mason jars! Until you tell me ‘NO MORE MASON JARS’ I’m going to try to do a weekly post for you. So this week’s post focuses on how to use mason jars as floral containers. I did this at my own wedding, and the florals turned out so so pretty.
Keep your arrangements small (as in low). Use multiple containers for a mixed look, or one single jar with a larger bunch of flowers for a simple but elegant centerpiece. Mix together the aqua and clear mason jars if you like, and you can tie them together to form a single container, decorate them with burlap or twine, or tie vintage skeleton keys around them with ribbon. You can also mix them with other types of containers, like milk glass, ceramic pitchers, vintage bottles, or old milk bottles. Another great idea is to hang the mason jars on shepard’s hooks to line your aisle or a pathway.

So, more or less mason jars? Be honest – I want to give y’all what you want to see. Let me know what you’d like to see more of in the comments. Or let me know what you’re sick of. Or just say hi!
There’s just something great about mason jars – they make any floral arrangement look gorgeous. For a photo shoot I did the florist put river rocks on the bottom of the jar and it looked amazing.
I HAD to incorporate them some how in my wedding .. so I decided they would look great on my cocktail tables outside! Thank you for this inspiration!
Bring them! I LOVE mother effing mason jars! I plan on using them for my budget wedding. They’re so flippin cheaper than cylinder vases! Can’t wait! Super excited!

I love mason jars! Especially the blue ones!
I like the spray painted mason jars, just to switch up the look a bit. Hope that’s not blasphemous to the mason jar die-hards.
Oooooh how lovely ~ keep on posting those mason jars! Brides {and bloggers} love them!
The mason jar will look great at home or vintage wedding . You can fill it with candles, flowers, stones or sand. And using a variety of sizes and fillings, you can make an unique composition for the wedding table.
