I have been so inspired lately by color; bright bold colors found in unexpected places. I’ve been pinning a lot of bright doors and started to realize a pattern. I can’t wait for the day I’m a homeowner myself and can choose a bold color for my front door 🙂
(BTW: this post took FOREVER to do in order to track down some of the photo sources. There are a whole WHOLE lot of blogs out there that do not properly source photos. If you don’t know the photo source, you really shouldn’t use it – it is like stealing. Also, pinterest, google, and tumblr are NOT proper sources. The more you know!)

These doors are beautiful! And they really are great wedding inspiration – for photo backdrops, decor, etc – in and of themselves.

Beautiful doors! I think I like the purple one with all the ivy best. So pretty!
Love this post! I guess it’s confession time: The front door of a house means so much to me. I love when it’s big, bright and inviting. If home is where the heart is, the front door is the entryway to your heart, right? 🙂
Ugh! Noticed that I was signed into my sister’s account earlier. Big whoops!
Anywho…gorgeous doors! i love colorful doors too. But that’s probably not surprising right?
P.S. You inspired me to create a ‘Colorful Doors’ Pinterest Board!

I agree that these doors can be major wedding inspirations. Being actively involved in the wedding industry, I have found inspiration from even the most random objects and these gorgeous doors are no exception!
(My favorite is the rustic-looking turquoise one!)
I have been pinning doors for awhile and I am like you. I love love the bright colored doors especially when you group them together! Our front door is forest green (our last name is Green). The colored bricks on our house make it hard to go with most bright colors. I was hoping to go to Europe and see old beautiful doors like ones I post from Romania, Holland, or Basque regions! Thanks for sharing!!
